Our machine shop is equipped with six CNC Lathes capable of turning up to 3" diameter bar stock and chuck work up to 10 inches, and three CNC Vertical Machining Centres, all with 4th Axis attachment.
Additionally, two Brown and Sharpe Screw machines capable of fast cycle times while maintaining close tolerances.

To complete our machine shop we have a Manual Bridgepoint Mill, Kitagawa & Hardinge Lathes, Punch Press, Electrolytic and Brown & Sharpe grinders, Tig Mig & Electric welding and a host of other support machines.

Presently CNC Custom Machining is also meeting the needs of our Automotive customers and all of their requirements of QS 9000 requirements with future goals of being dual certified in both ISO and QS 9000.
